We are looking for a confident, organized, team-oriented Plumbing Riding Superintendent with experience running large commercial and industrial plumbing projects to oversee and manage our plumbing field operations, ensuring projects' successful completion from start to finish.

Position Summary: The Plumbing Riding Superintendent will have total responsibility for the field operations of plumbing projects. This role involves direct supervision of all personnel and coordination of subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be a confident, organized leader with extensive experience in managing complex plumbing installations and field operations.

Pay Scale: Starting at $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, with performance bonuses

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Qualification Requirements:

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of management / supervisory experience; managing projects, budgets, timelines, and quality of work
• Minimum 3 years of commercial trade experience (preferably plumbing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
• Must possess knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with staff concerning operations, policies, work rules, assignments, scheduling
• changes/practices, and other areas relevant to operations
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
• Ability to train and supervise others
