Position Summary: This is manual work at the journeyman level, mainly in the maintenance and repair of commercial plumbing and heating systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week; overtime may be required

Pay Scale: $26.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass background & drug screens
• State license of Master Plumber preferred
• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial experience
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspace and attics, use ladders
• Ability to travel to job sites out of town
