We're on the lookout for a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our skilled team, drive operational excellence, and help us continue building a company that prioritizes people, performance, and long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Team - Manage and mentor a team of high-performing HVAC service technicians and dispatchers.
- Own the Day-to-Day - Oversee scheduling, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, and controls.
- Ensure Quality Service - Provide technical support, resolve escalated issues, and uphold high service standards on every job.
- Drive Business Growth - Foster strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, manage profitability, and streamline operations.
- Develop Talent - Train new technicians, champion safety, and continuously seek ways to improve service delivery.

Pay Range: This is a salaried position of $110,000 - $150,000 yearly, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 40+ hours weekly Monday through Friday with overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service workflows.
- Proven ability to lead teams, communicate with clients, and drive operational efficiency.
- NATE certification and a state HVAC license are preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
