What You'll Own

• Lead and inspire service, sales, and ops teams to hit and crush growth goals
• Oversee service & maintenance contracts like a pro; fix problems before they start
• Keep customers happy (and coming back for more)
• Be the go-to for financial health: bookings, gross profit, G&A, cash flow, etc.
• Recruit, train, and build rockstar staff and tomorrow's leaders
• Expand our market footprint and grow accounts like nobody's business
• Own budgets, schedules, purchasing, and pricing strategy with confidence

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or you've earned it in the field
• 10+ years crushing it in mechanical/HVAC service
• 5+ years leading people and driving profit
• Proven sales hunter - you close deals, grow accounts, and push teams to hit booking targets
• Solid with budgets, financials, CRM tools, job costing, and smart scheduling
• A process master who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and building team culture
