We're looking for a Service Sales Manager who can lead from the front - someone who is equally comfortable closing deals and developing people. This is a true player-coach role, combining personal sales production with leadership responsibility. You'll spend roughly half your time driving your own sales results and the other half coaching, developing, and holding a team accountable for performance. What You'll Do
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for both revenue generation and team leadership within our HVAC and Plumbing service divisions.
- Drive new business through personal sales production (maintenance agreements & service projects)
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance and Project Sales Representatives
- Conduct ride-alongs, joint sales calls, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Establish sales plans, targets, and development paths for each team member
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Support and close high-value or complex opportunities
- Oversee CRM usage, pipeline discipline, and activity tracking
- Ensure pricing consistency and protect margins across all sales efforts
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution

What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales (HVAC, mechanical, or service industry preferred)

- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Schedule
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday with overtime as needed
